What is the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/cognitive therapy course and sessions about?
MBSR and MBCT are programs that teach you mindfulness meditation techniques and cognitive approaches to help you reduce stress and improve quality of life and overall wellbeing.
During this program you will learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.
Its about accessing the wisdom, well-being, and wholeness that resides within you.
